Campers will engage in a variety of STEAM workshops tailored to their age group to unlock their creativity and problem-solving skills. With the help of our friendly expert staff, campers can design, build, code, and experiment with robots & our enormous LEGO collection. All project materials are provided by The Robot Garage. By the end of the day your child will be one step closer to becoming an engineer and/or LEGO Master!

Battle Bots
Spring Break One-Day Camp
3... 2... 1... BATTLE! At this one-day camp, each group will be making and programming a battle robot based off the hit show: Battle Bots. They'll also complete an engineering challenge against one another to see who has the greatest required design using limited resources. This is a great opportunity for campers interested in learning all about engineering!
Minecraft
Spring Break One-Day Camp
At this one-day camp, explore the world of Minecraft in real life using LEGO! Both age groups will get to build and program LEGO robots based off of in-game features as well as complete a coding activity within the game that they love—Minecraft! Plus, there will be a little free time to complete in-game mini games collaboratively with one another. No experience required!

Note: Roughly a quarter of the day will be spent playing the video game, while the rest of the day will focus on real-world activities.

Camp FAQ:

Can my child take their project(s) home?
At this time students' projects remain at The Robot Garage at the end of the day. However, we encourage you to take lots of pictures and continue exploring concepts learned during camp at home. If you are interested in a LEGO robotics kit for self-paced learning, check out our video subscription classes here.
What does my child need to bring?
Each camper will need a lunch, water bottle, and 2 snacks for the day. The Robot Garage is not an allergy-free facility though, so if you have concerns about your child's specific allergies we will do our best to accommodate. All students wash their hands before & after meal times, and tables are wiped down between meals and workshops.
