LEGO Masters: Superheroes in Detroit
Avengers... Assemble! During this week-long camp, campers will help make the city of Detroit come to life by building a 10'x10' LEGO display using our HUGE LEGO library! The greatest Marvel & DC Superheroes will have to work together to defeat the toughest of foes. Campers will also get to build super hero inspired robots powered by LEGO. Help us save the superheroes and defeat the super villains! If your child loves to build with LEGO, then this is the camp for them.
June 23-27
Grades 1-3 / 4-6
August 4-8
Grades 1-3 / 4-6
Minecraft Camp
Calling all Minecraft lovers! During this week-long camp, campers will get to bridge their love of the video game with the real-world by undertaking robotic and architectural builds based on their favorite locations, mobs, and more! In addition they'll also work together to make Minecraft come to life with a 10'x10' LEGO display based off of iconic in-game biomes, structures, & mobs. And of course, students will get a daily Minecraft session where they'll create a virtual city, make redstone builds, play minigames, and more - all within the game they love. No previous play experience is required!

Note: Students will spend roughly two hours each day on a computer and follow our guided activities within Minecraft as well as program their robots using LEGO coding software.
Video Game Design Camp
If your child loves to play video games, how awesome would it be for them to make their own?! Using MIT's Scratch programming language (Grades 1-3) or Gamemaker (Grades 4-6), students will program a collection of video games they can continue playing at home. Back in the real world, they'll also be building video game inspired LEGO robotic projects. This is a great opportunity for students to learn new skills by recreating games that they love and learn about some new ones! No previous coding experience is required.

Note: Grades 1-3 will spend roughly half the day on working on a computer to program their video games and robots. Grades 4-6 will have more screen time due to their projects requiring more programming work.
Battle Bots Camp
3, 2, 1, BATTLE! Campers will engage in a full week of hands-on, structured activities to build, code, and battle robots using LEGO Technic. Each day will include 4 workshops that introduce technical skills and encourage collaboration, plus some friendly competition! This camp dives a little deeper into engineering concepts, including non-LEGO design and build challenges. In just one week your camper will have a better understanding of the fundamentals of robotics. No previous robotics experience required, all project materials are provided by The Robot Garage.
